The movie is called Konosuba: Legend of Crimson and is an adaptation of volume 5 of the light novel series, which is a direct sequel to the end of season 2. It is assumed that the worldwide release will be sometime this year seeing as Crunchyroll released the English subs (non-Bluray) on the same day of the Japanese release.
