Prone to illness, weak stomac and slow healer shouldn't be a problem in your game, as long as you're managing your clothes, cooking your food and treating correctly your wounds.Ībout positive traits, it's all about your preferences (I love keen hearing, really helps not to get surprised when fighting or being busy), but I would recommand having at least one base point in a weapon skill, since it now also inceases the "protection" stat with that category weapon (which won't exist anymore as a skill but is merged with the weapon skill directly), so it's important to get xp with it faster. I used to be able to know when I was infected (you could see in the health panel you began to loose health right away, after bandaging, if you were infected, but now it takes at least a day before it happens, it you're infected). However, if you don’t smoke for a while, you will become miserable until you reach the point of depression. Unlike real life, being a smoker in Project Zomboid is not that bad and poses no health risk. The XP boosts gained with different starting levels are as follows: Note that there is a bug in the current version of Build 41, and this bonus is shown for both Strength and Fitness but is NOT applied as of version 41.50.

Hypocondriac isn't available anymore, waiting for a rework. Related: Best Positive Traits Of The Zomboid Build 41 Project.

I'm not using hemophobic anymore because it now increases your stress whenever you have blood on your clothes (and I'm fighting a lot, constantly). Before build 41, I used to have hemophobic, hypocondriac, prone to illness, slow healer, weak stomac, and high thirst (and also restless sleeper, but it needs more sleep managing).
